ANOTHER PASSHOLE DRIVER RUNS THE 4-WAY STOP @ WHITEHALL & HUCKLEBERRY!
ANOTHER NEAR-ACCIDENT!!!
ANOTHER CASE WHERE NO SWTPD COP IS ANYWHERE AROUND!!!!
On Friday, 10/29/10, around 4:00 PM, the PAsshole driver in the blue Nissan Altima, PA plate ESZ-9647
RAN THE 4-WAY STOP SIGN ON HUCKLEBERRY RD. AT WHITEHALL AVE., nearly causing an accident with the vehicle coming through on Whitehall Ave. - a vehicle which was FIRST in line at the intersection, while the PAsshole in the Nissan was SECOND in line on Huckleberry, but, being the PAsshole he is, RAN THE STOP SIGN!!!
ONCE AGAIN, a PAsshole driver violates the Vehicle Code and nearly causes an accident at this intersection - something that happens frequently and daily!
So, PAsshole, here's what a 4-way STOP SIGN looks like:
And, here's what the PA Driver's Manual says about stopping at a 4-way Stop:
A FOUR-WAY STOP sign means there are four stop signs at this intersection. Traffic from all four directions must stop. The first vehicle to reach the intersection should move forward first.
Once again, NO SOUTH WHITEHALL P.D. CAR IS ANYWHERE AROUND!!!
SWTPD KNOWS THIS INTERSECTION IS THE SITE OF THESE ALL-TO-FREQUENT VIOLATIONS THAT LEAD TO NEAR COLLISIONS, YET SWTPD DOES NOTHING TO ENFORCE THE LAW AND PROTECT THE INNOCENT!!!!
