Today's PAsshole driver is the driver of GTX-3079, a black Toyota 4Runner, who pulled out of a parking space on Whitehall Ave. without signaling; drives in the rain with NO LIGHTS; and was in such a hurry to pull out that he couldn't wait for other traffic, then he goes 10-15 MPH UNDER the speed limit!!! WTF?????
