Black Mazda, PA plate HZV-8608,

(PA) HTM-9398, a black Saab 9.3, being driven by a white, male student at Parkland High School, student parking permit #395, was driving extremely dangerously west on Albright Avenue in South Whitehall Township, PA, passing over the double yellow line at 75-85 mph in a 35 mph zone; rolled through the stop sign at Cedar Crest Blvd. without a complete stop, into the path of an oncoming car, forcing the car with the right-of-way to brake to avoid hitting this dangerous driver! His mommy or daddy needs to take away his car keys before he kills himself - or even WORSE - kills some INNOCENT PEOPLE by his reckless and dangerous driving!
