PAsshole drivers

First today, we have the PAsshole driving the silver Audi, PA plate EBD-6788,

who, despite there being a half-empty lot, chooses instead to park in a "No Parking" area designated by yellow cross-hatched lines!

Next we have the PAsshole in the silver Volvo XC, PA plate EVS-1015(?)

who makes TWO turns AND a lane change all without using his turn signals ONCE!!! Why??? Because he's too busy yakking on his cell phone - ignoring the Allentown law that outlaws use of hand-held cell phones while driving (a law that should be a state law - and would be if it weren't for IDIOT legislators like Julie Harhart who seem more interested in placating cell phone companies than in doing their job to protect innocent Pennsylvania drivers!!!!)

Unfortunately, the people who shop at Wegman's drive their carts the same way they drive their cars: Completely oblivious to everyone else in the world! They park their carts in the middle of the aisle, or on the side of the aisle opposite where the item they are seeking is located; push their carts directly at others without carts who are walking in the aisle and expect the walkers to move out of the way; practically run over people without carts who are, because of carts parked directly across from each other, forced to walk in the narrow spaces between these PAsshole cart drivers; etc., etc. But what can you expect from self-absorbed yuppie scum?
