SOOOOO....Thursday about 3:10 PM, the PAsshole driving the dark silver Lexus SUV, PA plate HJW-6632
WITH NO LGHTS ON EVEN THOUGH IT'S RAINING, blows through the 4-way STOP sign on Winchester Rd. @ Springhouse, PAST A SWTPD PATROL CAR THAT'S ALSO ON SPRINGHOUSE RD.
WELL, if you've been reading this blog, you probably KNOW the answer...it's "3", of course...the SWTPD cop did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT MULTIPLE TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS OCCURRING IN HIS PRESENCE!!!!! IS THIS LAZINESS???
OR DERELICTION OF DUTY???
OR IS IT "POLICY"???
NO MATTER WHAT, IT SHOULDN'T HAPPEN, AND IF IT IS POLICY, WHO'S THE MORON THAT DECIDED THIS IDIOTIC AND DANGEROUS POLICY? THE "CHIEF"??

- Hang a U-turn and go after this MULTIPLE LAW VIOLATOR, citing her for BOTH violations?

NO MATTER WHAT, THIS IS THE WAY SWTPD TREATS VIOLATIONS OF THE VEHICLE CODE - UNLESS IT'S A CONSTITUTIONALLY-QUESTIONABLE DUI ROADBLOCK OR UNLESS THERE IS AN ACCIDENT - AFTER IT'S TOO LATE TO DO ANYTHING PROACTIVE TO GET PASSHOLES OFF THE ROADS!
