PAsshole PennDOT driver!
soooo....loaded school buses leave PHS at 3:10 PM on Thursday afternoon, driving south on Cedar Crest Blvd., but a PennDOT truck, loaded with salt, PA plate PA-82977, decides he's toooooo important to actually STOP at the STOP SIGN on Ritter Road, so what does this PAsshole do? Naturally, he runs the STOP SIGN, pulling out right in front of the oncoming LOADED SCHOOL BUSES, forcing the buses to panic brake to avoid a chain collision with this PAsshole PennDOT driver!
