Today's PAsshole Driver is the airheaded biatch driving the old, gray Lincoln Town Car, GHK-8470 who went through the STOP SIGN on northbound 27th St. at Walbert Ave., making a left turn onto westbound Walbert, failing to yield to oncoming traffic going 45 mph at the beginning of the snowstorm, only missing causing a MAJOR accident by less than 3 feet, then, like the airheaded c**t she is, laughing about it with her equally airheaded c**t girlfriend!!! "Tee hee hee, we almost got ourselves and an INNOCENT PERSON killed! Tee hee hee tra la la...let's go shopping at Target!"

Pennsylvania Vehicle Code,
Chapter 33 §3323

(b) Duties at stop signs.-- every driver of a vehicle approaching a stop sign shall stop!

The driver shall yield the right-of-way to any vehicle in the intersection or approaching on another roadway so closely as to constitute a hazard during the time when the driver is moving across or within the intersection or junction of roadways and enter the intersection when it is safe to do so.

So, SWTPD, if there's any of you out there with free time on your hands from NOT writing tickets for all those PAssholes driving without their headlights on when visibility is less than 300' in a snowstorm, maybe you should get after this biatch BEFORE she kills someone with another airheaded stunt like today's!!!

HEY, PASSHOLES!!!

HEADLIGHTS ARE REQUIRED IN RAIN & FOG!!!!

for all you PAssholes out there who are STILL TOO STUPID TO KNOW, here's the LAW:

43 Pa.C.S. § 4302. Periods for requiring lighted lamps.

(a) General rule.--The operator of a vehicle upon a highway shall display the lighted head lamps and other lamps and illuminating devices required under this chapter... at the following times:

(2) Any time when the operator cannot discern a person or vehicle upon the highway
from a distance of 1,000 feet due to insufficient light or unfavorable atmospheric conditions, including rain, snow, sleet, hail, fog, smoke or smog.

(3) Any time when the vehicle's windshield wipers are in continuous or intermittent use due to precipitation or atmospheric moisture, including rain, snow, sleet or mist.

Of course, laws don't mean anything if the cops are too lazy or stupid to enforce them, so to help out the SWTPD, which falls into at least ONE of those categories, if not both, here are TWO PAssholes who broke this law this morning and who, like THOUSANDS OF OTHERS, WEREN'T CITED by SWTPD:

Silver Chevy SUV, possibly Suburban, DPW-0913, southbound Cedar Crest Blvd. between Ritter Rd. and Walbert Ave. @ 9:00AM approx.

Brown, older Lexus SUV, not only NO LIGHTS, but going nearly 70 MPH on eastbound Albright Ave., then south on Lawfer, @ 9:05AM approx.

DO YOUR JOB, SWTPD, AND CITE THESE PASSHOLES BEFORE THEY KILL SOMEONE BY THEIR STUPIDITY!!!!
