Today we have FOUR PAssholes: 1major PAsshole and 3 minor PAssholes...
First, the minor PAssholes: black Lincoln Navigator, EBZ-3249 runs the stop sign on Ritter Road at Cedar Crest Blvd. - hey, SUVs aren't subject to the same laws as everyone else, right? If you drive a GAS-GUZZLING monstrosity, stopping at a stop sign could cost you a few cents, so why bother? Besides, it's the cars you hit that will be damaged most, not yours, right, PAsshole????
Coppertone Buick, 1-VA, doesn't know how to stop at a four-way stop sign at Springhouse and Winchester..here's how, PAsshole:
A FOUR-WAY STOP sign means there are four stop signs at this intersection. Traffic from all four directions must stop. The first vehicle to reach the intersection should move forward first. If two vehicles reach the intersection at the same time, the driver on the left yields to the driver on the right. If facing one another both can proceed with caution, watching for possible turns.
Then there's this PAsshole: GHG-6249, dark green Chrysler Sebring or some such nondescript piece of crap who doesn't even know what a ONE WAY STOP SIGN at Coffeetown and Orefield Roads means...get a clue, PAsshole!
(b) Duties at stop signs.-- The driver shall yield the right-of-way to any vehicle in the intersection or approaching on another roadway so closely as to constitute a hazard during the time when the driver is moving across or within the intersection or junction of roadways and enter the intersection when it is safe to do so.
That means, when a car is coming down the road, YOU DON'T PULL OUT IN FRONT OF IT!!!! YOU WAIT UNTIL IT PASSES!!!!
Now, the MAJOR PAsshole!!!! GJK-7832, a green Ford Escort (yes, there are still some of these pieces of crap on the road, unfortunately) who illegally drives on marked private driveway, makes FOUR turns without using his signal ONCE, drives STRAIGHT in the "LEFT TURN ONLY" lane at Alpo on Rte. 309, AND makes a lane change, also without using his signal!!! AND he's driving this piece of crap with ONLY ONE HEADLIGHT!!!!
Geez, you'd think he'd be easy enough to spot, huh??? But, NO!!!!! SWTPD can't see a car with only ONE HEADLIGHT DRIVING ON THE MAJOR HIGHWAY THROUGH THE TOWNSHIP!!! Maybe they need night-vision goggles...or maybe they just need to get off their asses and get these PAssholes off the road before someone gets KILLED!!!!

Happy New Year!
unfortunately, another year just means more PAssholes :(
so, for the first (at least here) PAsshole of '08, it's a Subaru, GGV-9354, driving without headlights (only driving lights - which means they can't be seen from BEHIND!) in the fog & rain, making turns without using a turn signal, AND pulling into the intersection of Whitehall & Huckleberry before stopping for the stop sign! BRILLIANT! just like their choice in cars! lol
another thing the new year means is more cops not doing their jobs enforcing traffic laws! they drive by and can't help but see illegally parked cars, but do nothing! cars parked LESS THAN 20' from an intersection/crosswalk, even parked in the wrong direction - heading INTO traffic instead of the SAME DIRECTION AS TRAFFIC - but cops just keep driving by...twiddling their thumbs...or something
but, really, what can be expected of cops? too many of them are ex-high school jocks who were too stupid, or lazy, or untalented to get an athletic scholarship to a real college and couldn't find another job where they could be "big men" like they were in high school and boss people around and not get any lip back - so they became cops! now if anyone dares to stand up for their rights, these guys cite them for "disorderly conduct" or some other fabricated, b.s. charge - and the d.a. and the courts just kiss the asses of the cops instead of doing THEIR jobs and protecting the rights of the PEOPLE! Constitution be damned! the judges don't wanna get the cops mad at THEM!!! hey, they might not get re-elected to their high-paying, cushy jobs if they actually take on cops who are violating people's rights! don't believe it? remember Mark Fuhrman? the O.J. trial??? then read Alan Dershowitz's book about "testilying" cops!
THANK GOD FOR THE ACLU!
TOO BAD THEY DON'T HAVE THE TIME OR MONEY TO TAKE ALL THE CASES THAT TAKE AWAY PEOPLE'S RIGHTS! THE COURTS WOULD BE PACKED!!!!
