PAsshole drivers

you know what else I find very interesting? it's when these dangerous, aggressive law-breaking drivers filled with self-importance, and other stuff, who nearly kill - or at least injure and do thousands of dollars in damage to - innocent drivers just minding their own business, because their time is soooo much more important than anyone else's - or who just don't give a crap about anyone else - or the law! - get all incensed and act like they're the victims!!!! even making threats when their law-breaking, aggressive, inconsiderate driving is brought to their attention!!!

INNOCENT PEOPLE ARE THE VICTIMS, NOT THE AGGRESSIVE PASSHOLES WHO BREAK THE LAW AND ENDANGER EVERYONE ELSE ON THE ROAD!!!

another observation: why is it that soooo many of these PAssholes drive SUVs? people working in offices hardly need 4WD SUVs...seems like they have issues...maybe they need to prove something by buying and driving a gas-guzzling monster that they think will intimidate other drivers...maybe they're just
PASSHOLES!!!

another day, another PAsshole...black Chevy Trailblazer FVW-5498 pulls right out into oncoming traffic on Albright Ave. from the Troxell school parking lot without stopping...BREAKING THE LAW AND ENDANGERING OTHER DRIVERS...thinks the law doesn't apply to him, or just doesn't give a damn because he's sooooo much more important than anyone else on the road...these people just keep breaking the law because nobody has the guts to stop them...until it's too late and someone ends up killed!

why doesn't SWTPD do something BEFORE someone gets killed by these guys???? All they have to do is set up an UNMARKED car near these known dangerous intersections and start nailing these aggressive drivers! isn't that your job??? isn't that what the so-called "OPERATION SMOOTH OPERATOR" is supposed to be about???

"PennDOT is investing $2 million into Smooth Operator enforcement efforts, which will include 15 Pennsylvania State Police troops and 175 local police departments. Police will conduct five weeks of aggressive driving enforcement...targeting aggressive driving behaviors including... running red lights or stop signs and unsafe lane changes."

once again, in case you missed it before...like during your driver training - if you had any, because it sure doesn't look that way! - here's the law:

§ 3323. Stop signs and yield signs.

(b) Duties at stop signs.--Except when directed to proceed by a police officer...every driver of a vehicle approaching a stop sign shall STOP....The driver shall yield the right-of-way to any vehicle...approaching on another roadway so closely as to constitute a hazard ...

and here's what the drivers' manual says:

At an intersection with a STOP sign, you must stop and wait for...cross traffic to clear the intersection before you go again.
Slowing down without coming to a full stop is illegal.

AND

A vehicle entering a public highway from an alley, private road or driveway
must STOP and WAIT until the main road is CLEAR.

that means if drivers having the right-of-way - here, that's the people driving on Albright Ave., NOT YOU!!! - have to hit their brakes to avoid hitting you,

YOU BROKE THE LAW!!!!!

this is a special shout-out to the guy (or whatever) driving that infiniti fx35 on Orefield Rd. today...hey, not only can't you OUTDRIVE a car costing less than HALF what you paid for that uglyass gas-guzzling thing of yours, you cant even OUTRUN it!!!! typical PAsshole yuppie trash...all show, no go!!!!

apparently, people in SWT don't know what this sign means...it means STOP! not "slow down"; not "stop if you feel like it"; not "keep going if there's no cop around"! it means COME TO A COMPLETE STOP, I.E. YOUR CAR DOESN'T MOVE!!!! HOW DID YOU EVER PASS YOUR DRIVER'S TEST???

This especially goes for DMT-4668, a silver Taurus who, on 3/19/07, was SECOND in line on Whitehall Ave. at Huckleberry Rd. but, instead of waiting for the school bus that was ahead of him - FIRST in line on Huckleberry Rd - to go after the copper Buick ahead of him on Whitehall went, this PAsshole floored it, BREAKING THE LAW, just because he was in a hurry and knew that a school bus couldn't accelerate as fast as his "hot" Ford...hot Ford...oxymoron driven by a real moron!!!!

Also goes for DSV-0498, a Mercedes SUV who did pretty much the same thing at the same intersection only on 3/21/07 and in the morning, just running the stop sign behind another car, ignoring the fact that the car coming in the opposite direction on Whitehall was at the intersection before this PAsshole and waiting to make a left turn onto Huckleberry...but Mercedes ALWAYS have the right-of-way, huh? and people who don't drive German gas-guzzlers just have to learn their place...NOT!!!

It's a wonder why, for all the times SWTPD has a car parked behind the outhouse at this intersection, no one ever gets cited! maybe the cops should WAKE UP AND DO THEIR JOBS!!!!

Finally, for now, there's the PAsshole in the silver Nissan Pathfinder, DSC-9180, who just pulls out from Pond Rd. into oncoming traffic that's doing 45 mph on Walbert Ave causing that traffic, THAT HAS THE RIGHT-OF-WAY, to hit the brakes to avoid hitting the PAsshole!!!! here's a hint, PAsshole: if people have to hit their brakes to avoid hitting YOU, YOU'RE BREAKING THE LAW!!!!

when the driver is moving across or within the intersection or junction of roadways and enter the
intersection when it is safe to do so.

7 March 2007..where to begin??? most recent first, I guess, and that would be the PAsshole in the dark green Jeep Cherokee who ran the stop sign at Lapp Rd. & Orefield Rd. yesterday afternoon forcing oncoming traffic to panic stop just so this PAsshole could save a couple seconds!!! and why are there never an cops there??? PAssholes are always running that stop sign, yet cops are nowhere to be found!!! typical SWTPD laziness!!!! dont wanna piss off lawbreakers who nearly cause accidents, huh??? wait, AINT THAT YOUR JOB???? and for those of you who pull out from Lapp onto Orefield, this is a stop sign:
it means you have to STOP and WAIT until there is no traffic coming at you at 45mph before you pull out!!!! how did you pass your driver's test??? or did you????

next is the guy, also in a dark green Jeep Cherokee (funny how that happens) who's waiting at the light at Tilghman & Springhouse to make a LEFT turn onto Tilghman...when the light turns green for Springhouse Rd., this PAsshole jams on the gas, totally ignoring the fct that theres a school bus on the other side of Tilghman thats going straight across...so this PAsshole starts pointing his fingers and waving his arms at the school bus, even though HE'S THE ONE BREAKING THE LAW!!!!!

§ 3322. Vehicle turning left.
The driver of a vehicle intending to turn left within an intersection or into an alley, private road or driveway shall yield the right-of-way to any vehicle approaching from the opposite direction...

next theres the PAsshole in the silver Nissan "Armada" (why is a car named after a defeated navy????) who also ran a stop sign, this one at Parkway & Springhouse...THEN runs the stop sign at Springhouse & Trexler...actually goes into the intersection, over the limit line, before stopping, which is technically running the stop sign, THEN does the SAME THING at Springhouse & Winchester... then makes a right turn onto Walbert Ave. without using her signal!!!! FOUR VIOLATIONS IN LESS THAN A MILE & NO COPS!!!!! do they actually take their salaries??? isn't it illegal to take money under false pretenses: just pretending to enforce the law???

finally, there's "FRANEE" a PAsshole in a Caddy that just HAS to be first, even if it means stopping in the left lane on Sutler Drive waiting to cross MacArthur Rd., even though he's going to Wal-Mart, which means he has to turn RIGHT, then flooring the gas pedal so he can get ahead of the TWO cars in the RIGHT LANE in order to save what? a second and a half???? this PAsshole drives a gas-guzzler, polluting the environment and wasting fuel that everyone needs, just to be FIRST to get to Wal-Mart????? A special commendation to you, FRANEE, our PASSHOLE of the WEEK!!!!
